Messages & automations
The messages send themselves. The thread keeps them.
Confirmations when a job is booked, reminders before it, on-my-way when the truck rolls — written once as templates, sent automatically by email, and filed in one conversation per customer.
Tuesday
AutomaticHi Marisol, your window
cleaning is booked for Thu, Sep 3, arriving between 8 and 10am. Need to move it?
There is a link for that below.
Perfect — the side gate will be unlocked. The dog is friendly,
just loud.
Thursday
AutomaticDaniel is on his way to
416 Cholla Dr for your window cleaning.
Great, thank you!
Automations
Write it once. It sends on time, every time.
Each automatic message is a template with your words and your variables — the customer's name, the date, the window, the technician. They fire on real events: a booking made, a visit tomorrow, a truck on its way, a job completed.
- Booking confirmations, reminders, on-my-way, thank-yous
- Your wording, previewed with real sample details before you save
- Sent as your business, with replies coming back to you
- Delivery tracked — sent, delivered, opened, or bounced, honestly
One thread
Every message, one conversation per customer.
Automatic sends, one-off emails, and the customer's replies all land in the same thread, next to the jobs they were about. Whoever answers the phone reads the whole story, not a guess.
- An inbox for what needs answering
- History with delivery status, searchable
- Internal notes that stay in the building
The honest part: it does not send text messages yet.
Sending texts from your business name means registering your company with
the US phone carriers under its own legal name — real paperwork, weeks of
it, done per company, and it is not done. Email works today, well. When
texting opens we will do the registration with you; until then no page on
this site will pretend.
