Maintenance plans
Recurring revenue, treated like revenue.
The difference between a good year and a nervous one is usually how much of your work is booked before January. This is the part of Field Blasters we have put the most into, because it is the part most software in this category treats as an afterthought.

The difference
A plan is not a job that repeats.
Plenty of software will let you set a job to recur every three months. That is a calendar feature. It does not bill anybody, it does not know what happens when a customer wants to skip winter, and it has no idea what to do when one visit needs an extra $40 of work.
A Field Blasters plan is a real recurring subscription: a price, a cadence, a card, a renewal date, and visits generated from it. When something changes — and it always does — there is a right answer already built.
Pause, and resume
A customer going away for the winter does not have to be cancelled and re-sold in spring. Pause the plan, and the billing and the visits stop together. Resume it and they pick up where they were.
Add-ons the customer approves
Your technician spots something extra on a visit. It goes to the customer as a line they approve on their own page, and it lands on that visit's bill — not as an awkward conversation on the driveway.
Members who pay by cheque
Not everyone wants a card on file, and it is usually the customers you least want to lose. A cheque-paying member is a first-class plan with an invoice each period, not a workaround.
Private plans
The big house that does not fit any of your standard tiers gets its own plan, priced for them, sent as a link they approve. It is not on your public price list and never was.
A real agreement
What they signed up for, what it covers, what it costs and what is excluded — as a PDF in your name and theirs. Not a screenshot of a settings screen.
Their own page
Members see their plan, their visits, their invoices and their next renewal without ringing you. No password to forget — a private link that reaches their account and nothing else.
Worth a proper look.
If recurring work is where you want your business to go, this is the part to see first.
